We do not charge a final cleaning fee if the kitchen is left clean and washed up and the apartment is left in a proper condition when you leave.
Short stay surcharge (up to 3 days): € 8.- per flat & night.
Subject to changes & errors
Booked holiday flats are available from approx. 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival and we ask our guests to return the keys by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure, thank you. The AGBH apply. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 8.00 pm, thank you! We ask our guests to smoke only on the balcony/terrace, thank you for your understanding!
Our cancellation conditions:
- Up to 8 weeks before arrival free of charge
- 4-8 weeks before arrival 40% cancellation fee
- 1-4 weeks before arrival 70% cancellation fee
- In the last week before arrival 90% cancellation fee.
If we are able to find new guests for the apartment we do not charge any cancellation fee. If you would like to take an insurance, here is the Link.
